Sheryl Sue works alongside her partner & husband, Paul Elam. Paul holds a General Contractor's license, as well as a California Real Estate license for over 20+years. Besides building apartments, condo's and custom homes throughout San Diego County, Paul has successfully designed, supervised and completed a three-phase major rural sub-division, as both and owner-developer and builder. He has 20+years experience in syndication, project management, planning and building, project development, real estate finance and sales. Paul's educational background includes law, marketing, tax and accounting. Paul is available for liaison/consultant for designing and implementing your project or property through the maze of various entities and requirements of land development/property improvement in San Diego County.
